Order Processing Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (holidays or promotions), processing time may take longer.

Free Shipping We offer free international shipping on all orders over $45.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days (depending on the destination country).
• Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 3–7 business days (available for an additional fee at checkout).

International Shipping All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Please note that some countries may impose customs duties and taxes (Duties & Taxes). These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays & Issues Delivery times are estimates only. DEYFY is not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or carrier issues. If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
